This quality manufacturer has been revising his designs based on feedback from users from the beginning resulting not only in great customer service but also continuous improvement in product design. These ionizers start with a counter top unit with a capacity of 8 liters/min output up to very large outputs suitable for water bottlers and agricultural uses.

The design includes the exclusive water miser which wastes much less acid water down the drain, up to 20% less!  And with most commercial ionizers that last only 5000 hours before the water cell needs to be replaced, the 20,000 hour life of our water cell combined with a programmable self-cleaning function means you get at least 3 times the trouble free use out of the machine than you can expect with any other commercial ionizer on the market!

1) Standard Long Life Commercial Ionizer.

This Ionizer has our own proprietary cylindrical cylinders and includes our on-board cleaning system. The unit is prewired to accept any float system and /or peripheral equipment control.

The Standard Long Life Ionizer is for those companies that are most concerned about making a high pH water and where Hydrogen (H2) production is not a priority. This ionizer is capable of making 10pH water with H2 production up to 500ppb. The standard ionizer is our entry level unit and is available  in capacities ranging from 10 lpm (2.5 gpm)  to 200 lpm (53 gpm)

A very important improvement in flow is now included with all our ionizers. All commercial ionizers make alkaline water at a rate of approx. 2/3rds to 1/3rd alkaline vs acid. Our ionizers incorporate our new water miser function. This means you will waste far less water as the split is on average 5/6 – 1/6 alkaline vs acid.

This represents a huge savings for our clients as you are actually using 20% less source water to make the same amount of finished product. This is worth putting pen to paper and calculating the savings you will enjoy in reduced water, reduced wear and tear on filters, R.O. systems and reduced minerals for those that are injecting. Example: On a 100 lpm (26 gpm) system you will save at least 30 liters (8 gpm) of water per minute which comes to 14,400 lpd or 3,840 gpd

2) Hydrogen (H2) Long Life Ionizer.

This Ionizer also has our own proprietary cylindrical cylinders that have been engineered to optimize Hydrogen production and includes our on-board cleaning system. The unit is prewired to accept any float system and /or peripheral equipment control.

The Hydrogen Long Life Ionizer is solely engineered to produce high levels of Hydrogen H2 water. This ionizer is perfect for bottlers that want to make High H2 water available to their clients. Hydrogen (H2) water has many proven health benefits and is the most important property of Ionized water. Many studies have been done on hydrogen and its effect on a number of ailments.

One very important point about our Hydrogen Ionizers. They are single stream which means they do not produce an alkaline and an acidic stream of water. What goes in comes out as finished product. If you have a 100 lpm ionizer you will make 100lpm of high H2 water. NO WASTE!

3) Hydrogen (H2) Ionizer plus pH boost.

As is the case with the two units above, this Ionizer also has our own proprietary cylindrical cylinders and our proprietary H2 cylinders and includes our on-board cleaning system. The unit is prewired to accept any float system and /or peripheral equipment control.

The Hydrogen Ionizer with pH boost actually has both our standard pH chambers and our H2 Chambers so that you can make a high H2 water while also increasing the pH up to 10 if you desire.

It is important to note that because this unit has pH boost it must have our two stream system but as discussed the water miser technology wastes far less water than any other two stream ionizer on the market today.

To Summarize…..Three Different Ionizers.

  2. The next unit makes High H2 water only. Single stream so no wasted water. Does not increase pH

4) AMI – Anti-Microbial Ionizer

The new Anti Microbial (AMI) Ionizer produces slightly acidic electrolysed water containing 30-50ppm hypochlorous acid which is proven to be an effective anti-microbial agent.  This water can be used in a variety of applications. From washing foods and food production related equipment to disinfecting hospital rooms. Daycare centres, schools, restaurants, seniors homes, hotels, motels, bars, etc. would all benefit from the use of “AMI Water”. Countless applications exist in agriculture from spraying on crops Hydrogen (H2) Ionizer plus pH boostto disinfecting equipment on Dairy Farms. Anywhere a conventional disinfectant is used would be a good application for “AMI Water”. The solution is especially effective for treating fungus on a wide variety of crops.

The AMI-2500 & AMI-5000 ionizers represent a dramatic improvement in current technologies that utilize electrolysis to produce anti-microbial water. We have improved efficiency and shelf life through innovative changes to the process.
HOCl (Hypochlorous acid) is still the main anti-microbial compound.
Most important is pH as it must be low enough to allow for chlorine to be in the form of HOCI but not so low as to cause the solution to be to acidic. Low acid compounds tend to cause burning on plants and can cause corrosion on some hard surface compounds

Advantages of the AMI-2500 (4 litres per minute) & AMI-5000 (8 litres per minute)  is that they create an anti-microbial water with a pH between 4-5.5.  This is a huge advancement in water technology as older technologies produced a pH of 3 or less and, 50% of the water was wasted.  Water at a pH of 3 or lower can be harmful to plants and is proven to be corrosive.

How does it work?

AMI water is made by mixing water with a diluted salt based brine solution.  Once this is sent through the AMI Ionizer, the ionizer converts the Hydrochloric Acid to Hypochlorous acid with a pH of between 4 and 5.5.  The advantage of AMI vs. leading competitors is it’s ability to maintain higher pH levels to produce optimum results where competitors maintain a pH of around 3 or lower.
