Best Water Inc offers only quality products at affordable prices. We provide as much information, as possible, on our products in order to help you make a satisfying choice. If unsure, you are welcome to contact us on our Toll Free 1 (877 770 5247)

Ionizers – 60 day trial, no restocking fee, no shipping costs (International customers have to pay shipping both ways). We are the only ionizer distributor that offers this completely risk-free guarantee for water ionizers if unused (does not include Alkapod and AnyWater alkalizers).

If you are not satisfied, return the unit to us for a 100% refund including shipping. Plus you get to keep the bonus educational DVD included with your purchase. Units must be returned to us in “As New” condition (not scratched, damaged, or broken in any way and returned with all parts, manual and installation DVD).

No one else in the industry offers this guarantee. We stand completely behind our ionizers. No refund after 60 days.

Ionizer accessories* sold with the ionizer– Full refund if not opened or used and returned within 60 days of purchase date. No refund on any ionizer accessories after 60 days.

*(Ionizer accessories = filters, under sink kits, reagent, calcium cartridges, pre-filters, filter housings.)

Other products* — Full refund is offered if returned within 30 days of purchase date when a product is unopened and unused. No refund on any small items after 30 days. The Vitashower shower filter, AnyWater, Elita PhD series products and The Alkapod are covered by a 6 month manufacturer defect warranty. The original shipping charges will not be refunded and return shipping charges must be prepaid by the purchaser, except in the case of defective units.

Books, posters and DVDs, Alkalife drops — no refund will be given on books, posters or DVDs, Silver Sol, Alkalife Drops or Acupeds.

Manufacturer defect — a replacement item will be sent at no cost to the customer. Notify us within 60 days of date of purchase.

Warranty on replacement parts — Ionizer diverters have a one year warranty. Flex hoses are covered by our lifetime ionizer warranty as long as they are only subject to normal levels of use. Parts used to repair an ionizer covered by warranty will be covered by the existing warranty. Parts used to repair an ionizer that is not under warranty are covered by a 6 month warranty.

No return can be accepted without our prior authorization. Please call us first at 1-780-433-4076 for shipping instructions and to receive a Return Authorization #. We will provide you with the address of the closest warehouse. Your refund will be processed within 10 days of us receiving the returned items..

From time to time the packages we send are assessed for customs charges. There is no way for us to know which packages will be assessed. We do not expect you to incur the expense of these customs charges. Please pay the invoice that you have received. Fax us a copy of the invoice. Our fax number is toll free 1-888-548-3475. We will promptly issue you a refund for the full amount and we will send you an invoice to confirm the refund.
