Ionizers:Our base price for shipping an individual ionizer outside of North America is $170. We want to ensure that you receive your items in a timely manner so we only ship with secure shipping that provides you with a tracking number and insurance. Average order processing time is 3-5 business days. Average transit time for a package is 3-5 business days. You should have your ionizer within 10 business days. Insurance is included in the shipping price.If shipping costs to your country are higher than $170 we will contact you prior to shipping the ionizer. Other Products:Small package shipping costs a minimum of $60. We want to ensure that you receive your items in a timely manner so we only ship with secure shipping. This provides you with a tracking number. Order processing time is 3-5 business days. Transit time for a package is 5-9 business days. You should have your products within 8-14 business days. Best Water is not responsible for any customs charges or taxes.Warranty Coverage for International CustomersIonizers: 60 day trial and warranty both valid when customer pays shipping costs both ways.
Other products: We will replace any item with a manufacturers defect if we are notified of the defect within 30 days of purchase date. The customer will need to cover shipping costs for the replacement item to be sent.
