We want to ensure that you receive your items in a timely manner so we only ship with secure shipping that provides you with a tracking number. Average order processing time is 3-5 business days. Average transit time for a package is 3-5 business days. You should have your ionizer within 10 business days.
Other products:
Small package shipping costs a minimum of $60. We want to ensure that you receive your items in a timely manner so we only ship with secure shipping. This provides you with a tracking number. Order processing time is 3-5 business days. Transit time for a package is 5-9 business days. You should have your products within 8-14 business days.

Warranty Coverage for International Customers
Ionizers: 60 day trial and warranty both valid when customer pays shipping costs both ways.
Other products: We will replace any item with a manufacturers defect if we are notified of the defect within 30 days of purchase date. The customer will need to cover shipping costs for the replacement item to be sent.
